My entire yard has approximately 10% gravel. Any ideas how to remove them.

how big is your yard ? small you can rake it by hand or if it is a big yard you can rent a skid steer Bob Cat type machine with a power rake installed or if you have a lawn tractor and a old set of bed springs[ box ] springs you can drag them

10% is a lot of gravel to remove. You basically have two choices. First, you can sift the soil. Old screens can be used for this purpose. You can also buy screening, of course, or even some type of nylon netting, although the screening is sturdier. Simply use a staple gun to attach to some 2x4's and you are in business.
Another option is simply to bury it by trucking in new topsoil. The gravel underneath will not harm the new topsoil, and its presence can help to promote drainage.

build a frame work of a 4x6 foot and get some screen depending on how big the rocks are of course you can get different size screen and depending on what the end result is that you want. make a lean to type thing high on one end ground level on the other shovel dirt onto it and what you want will fall through what you don't want will stay on the screen make sure the screens hole are going to give you what you want for soil or gravel size preferred if the gravel is small id leave it for drainage you could also build above ground gardens in frames and not worry about gravel or put a foot of top soil on top as long as you don't plan to dig once planted like grass or something
