"thanks for your business" and "thanks for your continued business" is a great way to make customers feel special. Because really you aren't thanking them for their money, are you? They are expected to pay if you provide a service. What you are thanking them for is their business when they have the option of chosing someone else.

I am a HVAC Service Technician, and I write Thank you under the spot where the customer signs on every invoice, for two reasons. 1. I want to say Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to service your equipment. I know that as a consumer you want prompt and accurate service, and when I deliver I know you will call again. 2. I know that in between servicing and maintencing your equipment when you know someone else who is having a problem. Guess what you are going to tell them. " I know this man who come and he is professional and will do a wonderful job. So once again I am saying Thank you. I think customer service is the worst it has ever been. I strive for the best, because with out a customer I would not have a job.

If this is the biggest difficulty on your existence, then the two you need to think of your self fortunate, or you have an exceedingly uninteresting existence. there is no longer something incorrect with it. perhaps you may want somebody with a PhD in English to mow your backyard. recently, he may be extra much less high priced!

Yes! I would appreciate that.

I run a mobile pet sitting business, on every invoice I hand-write 'thanks for your business' and draw a little smiley face. I live in a country town and like to give out a friendly vibe.

If I used a lawn service I would prefer they write "no Charge" on the bill.

If you give them the bill when they pay it is appropriate to write received with thanks.

Until they pay there is nothing really to thank them for.

I would find it considerate and well-mannered. I would absolutely appreciate it. Most people today are so inhuman they seem almost robotic.

I think it is great to write thanks on every bill and will be appreciated by your customers.
