Does any one know of a variety of small rose bushes that can be kept indoors in a pot all year long?

yes,they are called mini roses,they grow about 12inches all colors,they bloom many roses year round..in the winter you have to put a daylight lamp for them which simulates the sun..they have both things at home depot,the light is by commercial electric..it's an energy saver light bulb about 7 bucks...

Roses are very difficult to grow indoors because:

high light requirements

high humidity requirements

indoor humidity causes mold

They are mostly a greenhouse plant. If you have that, you can grow most varieties.
